PRODUCTS
we have sound expertise in the designing, assembling, delivery, and servicing of filters, air scrubbers. We use innovative biotechnology and plant on the cutting edge of technology as a key for air purification and odor removal.
Our Modular Containerized filter Systems consist of one to four double walled filter containers to treat airflow rates in a range of 300 cfm to 7,000 cfm. The outer wall is made of steel with a treated and painted outer surface. The inner surfaces are coated with 3 mm heavy-duty polyethylene.
The system is solidly constructed and operates automatically with practically no need for maintenance.

COMPACT SYSTEM
The gas condensing system combines condensing boiler and hot water tank in a compact unit. This not only saves energy, but also plenty of space. So the system is by its low height of only 1.35 m and 1.67 m as roof heating system for one-to three-family homes. Especially frugal comes to with precious energy. The combination of stratified storage and condensing boiler you have a low energy consumption and the highest hot water comfort and the integrated high-efficiency pumps reduce power consumption significantly. We offers a wide range of waste water screening products to suit any installation conditions, flow rate or bar spacing. Mechanical Preliminary Treatment forms the first part of waste water treatment both for Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) inlets and other fields of application, such as process water treatment. For this initial step, screens of various types are used.
Depending on the bar spacing of the screens, floating and suspended materials of varying sizes such as stones, vegetable peels, fibrous materials etc. are removed. This preliminary treatment helps in optimizing the subsequent steps and preventing damage of the equipments used thereafter.

Spiral scrapers
In a round clarifier basin, the following types of scrapers can be used:
bottom scraper, suction scraper with a vacuum pump, or suction scraper with a submersible pump. The scraper bridge has a truss construction and dimensioned according to the dimensions of the basin.
Longitudinal scrapers and sand trap scrapers
These scrapers are normally used for sand traps and preliminary clarifier basins. Like for the spiral scrapers, either scraper plates or suction scrapers can be installed. They are operated either by conventional means (wheels and rollers) or by one of three alternatives for nonslip drive.

Centrifugal Pumps
Centrifugal pumps are constructed from rugged, corrosion resistant materials including heavy gauge stainless steel and plastics specifically engineered for maximum corrosion resistance. Pumps are available in either vertical or horizontal configurations, either mechanically sealed or magnetically coupled for sealless operation. Mag drive pumps feature high-powered, rare earth magnetic couplings which allow the transmission of maximum horsepower.
Drum / Barrel Pumps
Powered, portable drum pumps are designed to provide safe and easy transfer of a wide range of fluids including difficult to handle liquids such as acids, bases and solvents. Containers are quickly filled or emptied without spills or splashes. Many different models and pump tube lengths are available to satisfy diverse customer requirements.
Gravity thickeners
Gravity thickeners are used reduce the volume of sludge. Gravity thickeners are dimensioned and constructed according the requirements with respect to the dry matter concentration and the dimensions of the settling basin. We design gravity thickeners with direct flanged axel as well as ones with two motors and ball-bearing connections.
Sand separator
A sand separator is used to separate sand from the sand/water mixture in the sand trap. Depending on the requirements.
Channels & Weirs
Channels/troughs are either round or polygon-shaped. Weirs and flotation baffles are dimensioned according to DIN 19558. The troughs are dimensioned according to the hydraulic specifications. Especially the buoyancy of submerged troughs is to be considered.

Handling, transport and storage of chlorine for water disinfection is a challenge to systems engineering. This is the reason why the our principle has been used in dosing systems for a long time already. The pressure of the chlorine gas is reduced to the vacuum. This methods successfully avoids chlorine gas leakage. In the event of a pipe breakage,no chlorine gas can escape, only ambient air is drawn.Vacuum chlorine gas dosing systems are composed of two principal components.

DIESEL GENERATORS
STATIONARY AND MOBILE DIESEL GENERATING SETS FOR EMERGENCY POWER, PEAK LOAD SUPPLY AND CONTINUOUS OPERATION FROM 2-8000 KVA, We Supply manual, electrical or compressed air started diesel generator sets. Depending on the customer’s wish we can deliver the air or liquid cooled stationary, mobile, or silenced units installed in steel containers, precast concrete stations or weatherproof canopies made from steel or aluminium.Our units come with service tank and double bearing alternator with flexible coupling fitted as standard. Diesel engine, alternator and front end radiator are installed together on a welded steel frame with vibration damping. Depending on the design the switchgear can be found either directly on the unit or is positioned separately inside or outside the unit room. For special applications the units can be fitted with e.g. heat exchangers or exhaust gas after treatment (catalytic converter, particle filter). Of course if you need engines running on bio diesel,vegetable oil or natural gas we can design this into the unit. We will gladly take on design for co-generation units, which are equipped with the required engines.
